1. Our Warranty
In our warranty we agree to replace once a fish arriving Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.) in your order, provided you follow a
few reasonable steps. These steps include cleaning and preparing your new fish's home and using the procedure we describe to acclimate the new fish.
If you do the listed steps and a fish from us is received D.O.A., then notify us immediately by email and mail the D.O.A. fish back to us postmarked
within 24 hours of delivery. Please click on Warranty and read the complete details.
Our Live Delivery Warranty applies to the original shipment only and not to replacement items. Shipping and handling charges are not included in this
warranty. Credit cards cannot be credited for D.O.A. fish.
Receiving Your Fish
We love the fish we ship, and we can't help worrying about them. So part of your agreement with us is ...
(1) You must be at there to accept the package and sign for it at the time that it's delivered to the address you've given to us. If you're not there, and something goes wrong, we will hold you responsible ... which makes sense.
(2) If the package is delayed or damaged, which very rarely happens, you must still accept the package. If something goes wrong, the fish usually survive, but they'll be in great danger, if you refuse to accept the package.
(3) If the package is damaged, make a note on the receipt and ask for a copy or a note to document the damage. We will be very generous in compensating you, and of course we regret any such inconvenience to you, but it is worse for the fish !! So ...
(4) Be sure you read our notification about your shipment, be sure you are there to take delivery, and be sure to accept the package. Then immediately notify us, if there's a problem.
2. Acceptable Methods of Payment
There are three methods of paying that are acceptable to us:
1. PayPal.
2. Charge Cards.
3. Postal Money Orders.
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars and must be received by us before we ship. Please do not send us cash or personal checks. We

3. Customer Accounts
At present we do not offer accounts. Each order must be paid for in compliance with the terms explained
above.
4. Your Privacy is
Important to us.
We will not purposely or knowingly divulge any of the information you send to us about
yourself to anyone. We are in the live fish business not in the business of selling information about our customers.
If you order from us, we will obviously have to give your name and address to the shipper. Do not expect us to
contact you again later. But you can contact us at any time, as many times as you choose, and we will always try to be helpful.

by us in our aquariums of our fish. Compare the healthy,
beautiful, energetic fish in our beautiful aquariums to the
fish in our competitors pictures. Their fish often look thin
with clamped fins and poor color.
We buy the highest quality fish, produced by the best fish
farms or caught by the best collectors of wild fish, then we take incredibly good care of our fish in our beautiful aquariums. If you compare the pictures on this site to our competitors pictures, you can instantly see, our fish and aquariums are better!

Will the fish you get from us look like the fish in our pictures? No! This is similar to buying kittens and puppies, that will change as they grow to become cats and dogs. We stock and ship fish that are the ideal size to sell. Not so small that they will not do well when shipped. Yet not so big that they have become much more expensive. The fish in almost all of our pictures were young fish like the ones we have for sale that we raised up, and you can too!
