How to Shop |
|
Look for the name and
picture of the item you want to buy. Then move your
mouse cursor across the page to the button labeled
"PayPal Add to Cart" and click on that button. You will
be taken to your PayPal Shopping Cart. The item you just
clicked will be in the cart. Next adjust the quantity
you want to buy in the cart. Click on the gray-colored
button labeled "Update cart". Click on the gray-colored
button labeled "Continue Shopping", until you are done
shopping, then click on the orange-colored button
labeled "Proceed to Checkout".
You can remove an item from the cart at any time by
clicking to put a check mark in the small box, then
clicking on the update-button.

in the pictures in this website have long ago been sold. So we can't ship you the exact same fish,
shrimp, plant, etc., that you see in the picture, and the item
that we ship may not look like the picture on this page, but we
can usually ship you items that are nearly the
same.

If you're interested in buying an
item that's marked "Out of Stock", we
recommend that you add this page to your favorites or bookmarks and check back on this page from time to time.
Generally, we do not know when an item will be back in stock. It might be a few days, or it might be much
longer. We usually do not get advance notice, so we can't supply you with any more information, and it will do no good to email us and ask when we'll have it
back in stock.

If you see "Not For Sale" by an item
that interests you on this page, it means that we don't have that
item in our
facility now, and it's unlikely that we'll have it soon.
Why do we include a fish on our Price List that we are unlikely to sell? Because AquariumFish.net also provides information and links to information about
some types of fish that we do not sell.
We do not have other stores, and we do not know of other suppliers of
these items. Please do not send us emails asking for other suppliers.

It's Summer !!
|
|
And it's
heating up fast. Mostly warmer and warmer days. This is
still a
good time of year for us to ship to most places in the
U.S., because it's warm but not too warm. We ship in
tough corrugated cardboard boxes with thick foam liners to protect the fish from
excessive heat and cold. The fish are packed and shipped
late in the afternoon and usually arrive the
following day before noon and before it gets too
hot. |

The Prices
The Prices are payable in U.S. Dollars and are always listed for ONE item, which is usually one
fish, but it might be one shrimp, one crab, one aquatic plant, or one fish bowl depending on the
type of item. |
|
|
The Sizes
are listed in inches and refer to total length of that
item and includes the tail, if the item has a
tail. Each size is the size of the item for sale.
The pictures often show items of a different
size than the items offered for sale. Eventually
an item may grow to be bigger, even much bigger. |
|
|

Near almost every item, that is listed for sale, there is a link, which includes more information
about that item and often includes the maximum size. We strongly recommend that you carefully read
about each item, before you buy it! |

No Minimum Size Order
There is no minimum order size. Order as many items or as few as you want. |
|
|
Where Do We Ship?
We ship to most addresses in the contiguous
48-states and to some addresses in Hawaii and
Alaska, but we cannot ship outside the United
States. So we cannot ship to Canada or Puerto
Rico. We apologize for any disappointment this
causes. |
|
|
The Pictures
on this web site show items that have long ago been sold. So we can't ship you the exact same item
that you see in a picture, and the item that we ship may not look like the item in the picture,
but we can usually ship you an item that is nearly the same. |

to order from us. Rarely one of our customers
has a problem with the PayPal shopping Cart. If
you encounter a problem with it, call PayPal at

"agent" until you get to talk to a real person
and explain your problem. You are also welcome to

but we do not know too much about PayPal, so

Shipping Charges
are usually
$24.75 for one shipment, containing
any number of items, sent to one address. One item or one-hundred items the Shipping Charges are
usually the same. At midnight between July 31
and August 1, we will increase our shipping
charges to $29.75 on most orders. |

|
IMPORTANT
If
you send us an order with an incorrect address, we will charge you an
additional $3.00 to change it. If your incorrect address is not
corrected and goes to the shipper, we will be charged $10.00, and we
will bill you for that amount. So double-check to be sure your address
is correct, BEFORE you make the final click to send us an order.

Optional Delivery
on Saturday costs an additional $12.50, and delivery to Anchorage or Fairbanks in Alaska or to Hawaii
is an additional $20.00. |

The first column in blue on
the left shows the days that we receive your
order. Read across to the middle column in yellow
to find the day
we will ship your order, and the pink column on
the right shows the day you will usually receive
your order.
So for example, if you order on
Thursday after noon, you will usually receive
your order 6-days later on Wednesday, but if you
order on Thursday before noon, you'll get your
order the next day on Friday! ;^ } Hooray! All
of this is organized to maximize the safety to
the fish.
The "Usual Delivery Day"
is the day after your order is shipped. We
always ship in the late afternoon and
the delivery to you is usually the next day
before noon, which minimizes the time.

| Note: We can also ship on
Friday for delivery on Saturday with an
additional charge of $12.50. To ship on a
Friday, we must receive your order before noon,
our time, on Thursday, as shown in the table
above.

Notification
We will always notify you by email, before we ship your package. Our notification will include the
name of the delivery company and the approximate time of delivery
to your address. From the day we receive your order,
you will usually receive your package within three to five of our working days, which are Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays.

The companies that we use to deliver packages will not
accept a package from us that is addressed to a Post Office Box, so you must enter a Street Address
on your order. |

Your Telephone Number
The delivery companies also will not accept a package without
your phone number to call in case they have trouble finding your street address.

About our Photographs ...
Almost all the
photographs and videos, shown on this web site,
were taken of our fish by DrTom Bailey, one of
the owners. Compare the fish in these pictures
to the fish in our competitors pictures. Their
fish often have clamped fins and poor color,
while our fish look healthy, energetic, and
colorful! We buy the highest quality fish,
produced by the best fish farms and
caught by the best collectors of wild fish, then
we take incredibly good care of our fish in our
